VIBRATORY PILE DRIVER
FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to working elements for immersion of pile elements in various types of soils. Vibratory pile driver consists of hydraulic motor and two shafts rotating in opposite sides by means of gear wheels. Hydraulic motor is installed in the housing and drives it in reciprocal motion through the belt drive and unbalance pairs on the shafts. Body itself, on which a head piece for fixation of pile elements is installed in lower part, is fixed with the help of pads in U-shaped frame of vibratory pile driver. Hydraulic motor is connected with hydraulic line of transport-process machine through controlled throttle, providing differentiated supply of operating liquid depending on controller control signal, converting information transmitted simultaneously from the range finder and tachometer arranged on the vibratory pile driver frame.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of immersion of pile elements in different types of soil, enabling control of operation of hydraulic motor.1 cl, 2 dwg
Изобретение относится к строительному машиностроению, в частности к рабочим органам для погружения свайных элементов в различные виды грунтов. Вибропогружатель состоит из гидромотора и двух валов, вращающихся в противоположные стороны с помощью зубчатых колес. Гидромотор установлен в корпусе и приводит его в возвратно-поступательное движение через ременную передачу и пары дисбалансов на валах. Сам корпус, на котором в нижней части размещен наголовник для фиксации свайных элементов, закреплен с помощью подушек в П-образной раме вибропогружателя. Гидромотор соединен с гидролинией транспортно-технологической машины через регулируемый дроссель, обеспечивающий дифференцированную подачу эксплуатационной жидкости в зависимости от управляющего сигнала контроллера, преобразующего информацию, переданную одновременно с дальномера и тахометра, размещенных на раме вибропогружателя. Технический результат состоит в повышении качества погружения свайных элементов в различные виды грунтов, обеспечении возможности управления работой гидромотора. 2 ил.
