CARTRIDGE-TYPE DOWNHOLE FILTER
FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in oil and gas production. Filter is multilayer, tubular and comprises external protective casing with perforated holes and inner casing with at least one filtering layer arranged between them. Tubular external protective casing is equipped with extracts concave inside casing. Filter is made in the form of a cartridge equipped with closing fixing rings, from the internal side of which an external protective casing and an inner casing are permanently fixed. Perforation holes of external protective casing are made by cutting and drawing of casing sheet inside with support of extracts on external surface of filtering layer and formation of at least filtering gaps between external protective casing and filtering layer. Inner casing is additionally equipped with concave inside of spherical deepenings of equal depth, distributed along inner surface of casing, with formation along internal surface of casing of point supports for installation on base pipe and provision of internal drainage.EFFECT: higher quality of filtration of solid admixture, improved throughput capacity of filter due to reduction of hydraulic resistance, increased erosion resistance and mechanical strength of filter design.16 cl, 9 dwg

Фильтр выполнен многослойным, трубчатой формы и включает снабженные перфорационными отверстиями внешний защитный кожух и внутренний кожух с расположенным между ними по меньшей мере одним фильтрующим слоем. Трубчатый внешний защитный кожух снабжен вогнутыми вовнутрь кожуха вытяжками. Фильтр выполнен в виде картриджа, снабженного замыкающими крепежными кольцами, с внутренней стороны которых неразъёмно закреплены внешний защитный кожух и внутренний кожух. Перфорационные отверстия внешнего защитного кожуха выполнены просечкой и вытяжкой листа кожуха вовнутрь с опорой вытяжек на внешнюю поверхность фильтрующего слоя и образованием, по меньшей мере, фильтрующих зазоров между внешним защитным кожухом и фильтрующим слоем. Внутренний кожух дополнительно снабжен вогнутыми вовнутрь сферическими углублениями равной глубины, распределенными по внутренней поверхности кожуха, с формированием по внутренней поверхности кожуха точечных опор для установки на базовую трубу и обеспечения внутреннего дренажа. Повышается качество фильтрации твердой примеси, улучшается пропускная способность фильтра за счет снижения гидравлического сопротивления, повышается эрозийная стойкость и механическая прочность конструкции фильтра. 15 з.п. ф-лы, 9 ил.
