METHOD FOR ERECTION OF BUILT-IN-PLACE PILE-SHELL
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to foundation engineering, and can be used in erection of rammed pile-shell. Method of erection of rammed pile-shell includes formation of well, installation of reinforcement frame in it, formation of barrel of pile-shell by supply of concrete mixture to well and compaction of its walls. In the lower part of the well there formed is the X-ray broadening. Simultaneously with sealing of walls of pile-shell, moisture is sucked from concrete mixture and soil under vacuum and electroosmosis phenomenon.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of load-bearing capacity of stuffed pile-shell.1 cl, 4 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства, в частности к фундаментостроению, и может быть использовано при возведении набивной сваи-оболочки. Способ возведения набивной сваи-оболочки включает образование скважины, установку в нее арматурного каркаса, формирование ствола сваи-оболочки путем подачи бетонной смеси в скважину и уплотнением ее стенок. В нижней части скважины образуют лучевидное уширение. Одновременно с уплотнением стенок сваи-оболочки осуществляют отсасывание влаги из бетонной смеси и грунта под воздействием вакуумирования и явления электроосмоса. Технический результат состоит в повышении несущей способности набивной сваи-оболочки. 4 ил.
