The effect is achieved in that the device for cooling plastic-frozen soils includes a housing filled with a two-phase refrigerant and a condenser part, while the casing is installed on the condenser part through the mounting hole, which is made in its lower part, and fixed with a lock, while in outlet holes are cut out in the lower part of the casing, a mounting hole is made in the side surface of the upper part of the casing, into which the casing inlet pipe is installed and secured with a lock, the vortex tube is removably connected to the casing inlet pipe, and the compressor is removably connected through a flexible hose to witness.EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the device by stimulating the operation of the device at positive air temperatures.1 cl, 1 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства, а именно к устройствам для охлаждения и замораживания грунта, используемым при строительстве инженерных сооружений, возводимых в районах вечной мерзлоты. Техническим результатом изобретения является повышение эффективности работы устройства за счет стимуляции работы устройства при положительных температурах воздуха. Технический результат достигается тем, что устройство для охлаждения пластично-мерзлых грунтов включает заполненный двухфазным хладагентом корпус и конденсаторную часть, при этом кожух через монтажное отверстие, которое выполнено в его в нижней части, установлен на конденсаторную часть и закреплен при помощи замка, при этом в нижней части кожуха выпилены выходные отверстия, в боковой поверхности верхней части кожуха выполнено монтажное отверстие, в которое установлен входной патрубок кожуха и закреплен при помощи замка, вихревая труба с возможностью съема соединена с входным патрубком кожуха, а компрессор через гибкий шланг соединен с возможностью съема с заверителем. 1 ил.
