HIGH-SATURATION AND LOW-LOSS BI-COMPONENT MICROWAVE FERRITE MATERIAL, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
The present application provides a high-saturation and low-loss bi-component microwave ferrite material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The high-saturation and low-loss bi-component microwave ferrite material comprises a first microwave ferrite material and a second microwave ferrite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a first microwave ferrite material with a second microwave ferrite material according to the formula amounts, and then performing wet ball milling to obtain a ball-milled material; (2) drying the ball-milled material obtained in step (1), and sieving and then granulating same; and (3) sequentially forming and sintering the granulated particles obtained from step (2) to obtain a high-saturation and low-loss two-component microwave ferrite material.
