TWO-COMPONENT MICROWAVE FERRITE MATERIAL, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF

A two-component microwave ferrite material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The two-component microwave ferrite material comprises a first microwave ferrite material and a second microwave ferrite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a first microwave ferrite material and a second microwave ferrite material according to a formula amount, and then performing wet ball milling to obtain a ball abrasive; (2) drying the ball abrasive, sieving, and granulating; and (3) sequentially forming and sintering the granulated particles obtained in step (2) to obtain a two-component microwave ferrite material.

L'invention concerne un matériau ferrite pour micro-ondes à deux composants, un procédé de préparation associé et une application correspondante. Le matériau de ferrite pour micro-ondes à deux composants comprend un premier matériau de ferrite pour micro-ondes et un second matériau de ferrite pour micro-ondes. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) mélanger un premier matériau de ferrite pour micro-ondes et un second matériau de ferrite pour micro-ondes selon une quantité de formule, puis réaliser un broyage à billes par voie humide pour obtenir un abrasif à billes ; (2) sécher l'abrasif à billes, le tamisage et la granulation ; et (3) séquentiellement former et fritter les particules granulées obtenues à l'étape (2) pour obtenir un matériau de ferrite pour micro-ondes à deux composants.
