The female screw member is screwed onto the male screw member, and is movable along the first direction by rotation of the male screw member to each of a first position of being in a casing and a second position of at least partially protruding from the casing to a vehicle inner side. The gear member has a cup-shaped structure open at an end on the vehicle inner side in the first direction for being able to accommodate at least a part of the female screw member.
