ZUSAMMENSETZUNG AUF BASIS VON CALCIUMSILIKAT-HYDRAT
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung umfassend 5 - 50 Gew.-% Calciumsilikat-Hydrat, 10 - 60 Gew.-% mindestens eines wasserlöslichen, sauregruppenhaltigen Polymers, umfassend Polyethergruppen und 5 - 40 Gew.-% mindestens eines Polyalkylenglycolethers. Weiterhin wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Zusammensetzung sowie zementäre Mischungen umfassend die Zusammensetzung offenbart. Ein weitere Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung in zementaren Mischungen, zur Beschleunigung der zeitlichen Entfaltung der dispergierenden Wirkung des sauregruppenhaltigen Polymers nach Zugabe des Anmachwassers und einer nachfolgend beschleunigten Härtung der Mischung.
The invention relates to a composition comprising 5 - 50 % in wt. calcium silicate hydrate, 10 - 60 % in wt. of at least one water-soluble, acid-group containing polymer, comprising polyether groups and 5 - 40 % in wt. of at least one polyalkylene glycol ether. The invention also relates to a method for producing said composition and to cementitious mixtures comprising the composition. Another aspect of the invention is the use of the claimed composition in cementitious mixtures, for accelerating the temporal deconvolution of the dispersing effect of the acid-group containing polymers after the addition of the mixing water and the subsequent accelerated setting of the mixture.
L'invention concerne une composition constituée de 5 à 50 % en poids de silicate de calcium hydraté, 10 à 60 % en poids d'au moins un polymère hydrosoluble contenant des groupes acides, comprenant des groupes polyéther, et 5 à 40 % en poids d'au moins un polyalkylène glycoléther. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de cette composition ainsi que des mélanges cimentaires comprenant la composition. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de la composition selon l'invention dans des mélanges cimentaires pour accélérer le déploiement dans le temps de l'action dispersante du polymère contenant des groupes acides après l'addition de l'eau initiatrice et obtenir un durcissement consécutif accéléré du mélange.
