DWELLING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dwelling construction method by means of which a dwelling can be constructed in a short period of time. As steps for building a first floor part of a dwelling, the present invention is provided with a production step (S11), a transport step (S12), an installation step (S13), and a curing step (S14). In the transport step (S12), after a plurality of first floor panels that were produced in the production step (S11) have demonstrated a prescribed initial strength, the panels are transported from a production site to a building site. In the installation step (S13), the transported plurality of first floor panels are installed on a foundation at the building site. In the curing step (S14), the plurality of first floor panels that were installed during the installation step (S13) are cured on the foundation until the panels demonstrate a prescribed target strength. Curing is likewise performed at the building site when a second floor part is built.
L'invention a pour objet de fournir un procédé de construction d'habitation qui permet de construire une habitation en une courte durée. Le procédé de l'invention comporte une étape de fabrication (S11), une étape de transport (12), une étape d'installation (S13) et une étape de durcissement (S14), en tant qu'étapes pour construire la portion rez-de-chaussée de l'habitation. Lors de l'étape de transport (12), une pluralité de panneaux pour rez-de-chaussée fabriqués lors de l'étape de fabrication (S11), est transportée d'un lieu de fabrication vers un lieu de construction, à une phase telle qu'une solidité initiale prédéfinie est développée. Lors de l'étape d'installation (S13), la pluralité de panneaux pour rez-de-chaussée ainsi transportée, est installée sur des fondations dans le lieu de construction. Lors de l'étape de durcissement (S14), la pluralité de panneaux pour rez-de-chaussée ainsi installée à l'étape d'installation (S13), est durcie sur les fondations jusqu'à développer individuellement une solidité cible prédéfinie. Lors d'une étape de construction d'une portion étage, le durcissement est effectué de la même façon sur le lieu de construction.
短期間で住宅を建築することのできる、住宅の建築構法を提供することを目的とする。住宅の一階部分を建築する工程として、製造工程（Ｓ１１）と搬送工程（Ｓ１２）と設置工程（Ｓ１３）と養生工程（Ｓ１４）を備える。搬送工程（Ｓ１２）では、製造工程（Ｓ１１）で製造した複数の一階用パネルを、所定の初期強度を発現した段階で、製造現場から建築現場に搬送する。設置工程（Ｓ１３）では、搬送された複数の一階用パネルを、建築現場の基礎上に設置する。養生工程（Ｓ１４）では、設置工程（Ｓ１３）で設置した複数の一階用パネルを、それぞれが所定の目的強度を発現するまで、基礎上で養生させる。二階部分を建築する工程でも、同様に、建築現場で養生を行う。
