Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine neue druckbare Paste in Form eines Hybridgels auf Basis von Precursoren anorganischer Oxide, welche in einem vereinfachten Verfahren zur Herstellung von Solarzellen verwendet werden können, wobei das erfindungsgemäße Hybridgel sowohl als Dotiermedium als auch als Diffusionsbarriere fungiert.
The present invention relates to a novel printable paste in the form of a hybrid gel on the basis of inorganic oxide precursors which can be used in a simplified process for the production of solar cells, the hybrid gel according to the invention functioning as a doping medium as well as a diffusion barrier.
L'invention concerne une nouvelle pâte imprimable se présentant sous la forme d'un gel hybride à base de précurseurs d'oxydes inorganiques, et apte à être utilisée dans un procédé simplifié destiné à la fabrication de cellules solaires, le gel hybride selon l'invention fonctionnant aussi bien comme milieu dopant que comme barrière de diffusion.
