SEALING SHIELD FOR PROTECTING GAS METERS
The invention relates to the industrial use of a sealing shield on gas meters, which can be used: in the private sector by installation companies in order to improve and ensure the protection of gas meters, and also more broadly in the context of public services for the installation of sealing shields on existing or newly installed meters. The invention consists of a sealing shield and locking elements in the form of semi-circular catches with a locking system, which completely enclose and protect a gas meter, locking the joint by sealing, and protecting against external unauthorized intervention. As a result of the design of the invention consisting of two separate component parts, the sealing shield can be mounted independently of the meter without the need to dismantle the latter, since the sealing shield is mounted directly on the meter, thereby protecting both the point of entry of the gas pipes (flanges) and existing seals.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation industrielle d'un scellement à bouclier sur des compteurs à gaz métrologiques qui peuvent s'utiliser dans la sphère privée par des sociétés de montage et pour assurer la protection des compteurs de gaz ou peuvent s'utiliser largement dans le cadre de services à la communauté liés au montage de scellements à bouclier sur des compteurs existants ou nouvellement installés. L'invention consiste en un scellement à bouclier et des éléments verrouillables qui sont constitués par des fixations sous forme de demi-anneaux dotés d'un système de verrouillage qui recouvrent complètement et protègent le compteur à gaz de manière à verrouiller la connexion par scellement et la protéger contre toute intrusion non autorisée. Grâce à la conception de l'invention réalisée de sorte qu'il existe deux parties séparées, le montage du scellement à bouclier est indépendant du compteur, ne nécessite pas l'enlèvement de ce dernière car le scellement à bouclier est monté directement sur le compteur, ce qui assure la protection l'endroit d'entrée des tuyaux à gaz (brides) et des scellements existants.
Изобретение относится к промышленному применению панциря-пломбы на метрологических газовых счетчиках с возможностью использования: как в сфере частного применения объекта компаниями по установке с целью совершенствования и обеспечения защиты газовых счетчиков, так и широкого применения в рамках общественных услуг по монтажу панциря-пломбы на существующих или на новых установленных счетчиках. Изобретение состоит из панциря - пломбы и запирающихся элементов, представленные защёлками - полукольцами с системой блокировки, которые закрывают полностью и защищают газовый счетчик, блокируя соединение методом пломбирования, защищая от внешнего несанкционированного воздействия. Благодаря конструкции изобретения из двух составных раздельных частей, установка панциря - пломба независима от счётчика, не требует его снятия, так как панцирь - пломба устанавливается прямо на счётчик, тем самым обеспечивая и защиту места входа газовых труб (фланцы) и существующие пломбы.
