Provided is a natural-lighting film (10) comprising the following: a base material (11) having light-transmissive properties; a plurality of first projections (12) having light-transmissive properties and provided adjacent to each other on one surface (11a) of the base material (11); gaps (13) provided between the first projections (12); and at least one second projection (14) that is provided on the one surface (11a) of the base material (11), that is provided in at least one gap (13) so as to be adjacent to the first projections (12), and that is made of the same material as the first projections (12). The height of the second projection (14), using the one surface (11a) of the base material (11) as a reference, is lower than the height of the first projections (12), using the one surface (11a) of the base material (11) as a reference.
