[Problem] To provide a ceiling slab structural member which enables the creation of a strong, reinforced concrete-type ceiling, and which enables construction of a building having a ceiling that is high-strength and sturdy. [Solution] A ceiling slab structural member 10A is formed from a ceiling reinforced structural body 14a that is laid on a ceiling 11 and concrete 15 that is poured onto the upper surface of the ceiling reinforced structural body 14a. The ceiling reinforced structural body 14a is provided with the following: a steel-sheet base 16; a reinforced truss that is installed on the upper surface of the steel-sheet base 16; a ceiling finishing board 18 that is installed on the lower surface of the steel-sheet base 16; and fixing bolts 19 for fixing the ceiling finishing board 18 to the steel-sheet base 16. In the ceiling slab structural member 10A, the screw portion of the fixing bolts 19 which are exposed upwards from the upper surface of the steel-sheet base 16 is integrated with the concrete 15 that has cured on the upper surface of the reinforced structural body 14a.
