This water treatment management system is for managing a domestic water treatment device that is disposed at or near a water usage site and that treats pre-treatment water using at least one type of filter and produces treated water to be supplied to the water usage site, wherein the water treatment management system is provided with: a filter information storage unit for storing information regarding an in-use filter used in the domestic water treatment device, an information receiver for receiving information relating to a performance change of the in-use filter from the domestic water treatment device, and a water type estimation means for estimating the water type of the pre-treatment water on the basis of the information relating to the performance change and the in-use filter information. The in-use filter information includes performance change reference information for a filter identical to or of the same type as the in-use filter for each of a plurality of types of reference pre-treatment water.
