Handgeführter, motorbetriebener Kehrbesen, umfassend einen Kehrkopf (12; 84), an welchem eine Kehrwalzeneinrichtung (42) rotierbar gelagert ist, einen Antriebsmotor (58; 196) zum rotatorischen Antrieb der Kehrwalzen- einrichtung (42), und eine Haltestabeinrichtung (14), welche distal mit dem Kehrkopf (12; 184) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb des Kehrbesens der Kehrbesen mindestens bereichsweise über Borsten (116) der Kehrwalzeneinrichtung (42) an einer zu reinigenden Fläche (28) abgestützt ist, dass an dem Kehrkopf (12; 184) ein Behälter (78; 186) für Kehrgut angeordnet ist, und dass an dem Kehrkopf (12; 84) eine Führungseinrichtung (98) für Kehrgut angeordnet ist, mittels wel- cher Kehrgut bei Rotation der Kehrwalzeneinrichtung (42) in den Behälter (78; 86) geführt ist.
