A construction machinery control device comprises: a hydraulic cylinder to drive a plurality of work machine elements; a control valve to adjust the volume of a hydraulic fluid supplied to the hydraulic cylinder by adjusting the pilot pressure on the basis of the control input of an operation device that operates the hydraulic cylinder; a detection data acquisition unit to acquire pilot pressure detection data; an operation determination unit to determine whether operation devices are operating in different directions on the basis of the detection data; and a work machine control unit to output a control signal to control a bucket so that the work machine state is maintained when it is determined that the operation devices are operating in different directions.
