Provided is a foam panel comprising: a base material of foamed synthetic resin; a fastening part, one end of which is embedded in the base material and the other end of which is exposed; and a polyurea resin layer that covers the surface of the base material. This prefabricated house has a plurality of foam panels and is formed by linking the plurality of foam panels.
L'invention concerne un panneau en mousse comprenant : un matériau de base en résine synthétique expansée ; une partie de fixation, dont une extrémité est incorporée dans le matériau de base et dont l'autre extrémité est exposée ; et une couche de résine de polyurée qui recouvre la surface du matériau de base.
