Provided is a foam panel comprising: a base material of foamed synthetic resin; a fastening part, one end of which is embedded in the base material and the other end of which is exposed; and a polyurea resin layer that covers the surface of the base material. This prefabricated house has a plurality of foam panels and is formed by linking the plurality of foam panels.
