RAIL INSTALLATION METHOD AND RAIL SYSTEM
A method for installing a rail system that comprises a rail (12) having an upper face (16), first and second side faces (18, 20) and a lower face (22), and a resilient cushioning arrangement (14) mounted on the rail (12) in engagement with the first and second side faces (18, 20) and the lower face (22), thereby forming a rail assembly (10), wherein the system further includes a channel arrangement that defines a rail holding cavity (47) for receiving and holding the rail assembly (10), and an open top (51) to allow the rail assembly (10) to be received in the rail holding cavity (47). The rail assembly (10) is inserted into the aforesaid rail holding cavity (47) in the channel arrangement via the open top (51). The cushioning arrangement (14) and the channel arrangement comprises corresponding first and second detent formations (52, 54) which can cooperate with each other to secure the rail assembly (10) to the channel arrangement.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'installation d'un système de rail comprenant un rail (12) ayant une face supérieure (16), des première et seconde faces latérales (18, 20) et une face inférieure (22), et un agencement d'amortissement élastique (14) monté sur le rail (12) en prise avec les première et seconde faces latérales (18, 20) et la face inférieure (22), formant ainsi un ensemble rail (10), le système comprenant en outre un agencement de canaux qui définit une cavité de maintien de rail (47) pour recevoir et maintenir l'ensemble rail (10), et une partie supérieure ouverte (51) pour permettre à l'ensemble rail (10) d'être reçu dans la cavité de maintien de rail (47). L'ensemble rail (10) est inséré dans la cavité de maintien de rail (47) précitée dans l'agencement de canaux par l'intermédiaire de la partie supérieure ouverte (51). L'agencement d'amortissement (14) et l'agencement de canaux comprennent des premier et second éléments d'encliquetage correspondants qui peuvent coopérer l'une avec l'autre pour fixer l'ensemble rail (10) à l'agencement de canaux.
