Provided are an operation assistance system and the like which derive a modification scheme for modifying a water distribution plan to promote the efficiency of the operation of a water distribution network. This operation assistance system is provided with: a deviation calculation means which calculates the differences between planned states and actual states of the water distribution in a water distribution network; a water distribution range estimation means which, on the basis of each planned state and each actual state of the water distribution, estimates both a planned water distribution relationship and an actual water distribution relationship between each facility and each demand point provided in the water distribution network; and a modification scheme derivation means which, on the basis of said calculated differences and said estimated relationships, derives a modification scheme for selecting a facility, the operation of which should be modified, and for modifying the operation of that facility.
L'invention concerne un système d'aide au fonctionnement et des systèmes similaires qui dérivent un schéma de modification permettant de modifier un plan de distribution d'eau afin de favoriser l'efficacité du fonctionnement d'un réseau de distribution d'eau. Ce système d'aide au fonctionnement comprend : un moyen de calcul d'écart qui calcule les différences entre les états planifiés et les états réels de la distribution d'eau dans un réseau de distribution d'eau; un moyen d'estimation de plage de distribution d'eau qui, d'après chaque état planifié et chaque état réel de la distribution d'eau, estime à la fois une relation de distribution d'eau planifiée et une relation de distribution d'eau réelle entre chaque installation et chaque point de demande prévu dans le réseau de distribution d'eau; et un moyen de dérivation de schéma de modification qui, d'après lesdites différences calculées et lesdites relations estimées, dérive un schéma de modification permettant de sélectionner une installation dont le fonctionnement doit être modifié et de modifier le fonctionnement de cette installation.
