The invention relates to a building (1) made of pefabricated bricks, comprising a foundation slab (2), two-part rods (7) formed by screws interconnected by nuts (8), the lower end of said screw rods being attached to the foundation slab (2), vertical walls (3) which are attached to the foundation slab (2) by means of the screws (7), and prefabricated bricks (9) containing a main, central opening (10) and secondary, right-hand (11) and left-hand (12) openings, left-hand (13) and right-hand (14) lateral recesses, and sunken sections (15) in the upper surface and in the lower surface of the bricks, the openings opening into the sunken sections (15), vertical channels (17) being formed as a result of the alignment of the main openings (10) with the recesses of the bricks (13, 14) of adjacent rows, and sinusoidal passages (18) being formed between the sunken sections (15) of the adjacent bricks, communicating with the vertical channels (17) inside the walls.

A invenção refere-se a uma edificação (1) com tijolos pré-fabricados compreendendo uma laje de fundação (2), hastes de parafusos bipartidos (7) conectados por porcas (8), cuja extremidade inferior é fixada à laje de fundação (2), paredes verticais (3) fixadas à laje de fundação (2) pelos parafusos (7), tijolos pré-fabricados (9) com orifícios principal central (10), secundários direito (11) e esquerdo (12), reentrâncias laterais esquerda (13) e direita (14), rebaixamentos da superfície superior (15) da superfície inferior, os orifícios desembocando nos rebaixamentos (15), sendo que chaminés verticais (17) são formadas pelo alinhamento dos orifícios principais (10) com as reentrâncias dos tijolos (13, 14) de fiadas adjacentes, e passagens senoidais (18) são formadas entre os rebaixamentos (15) dos tijolos adjacentes, se comunicando com chaminés (17) dentro das paredes.
