Provided are: an aqueous application-type coating film removing composition that reduces the risk of fire, health problems, etc., in a coating film removing work process, and that is capable of exhibiting removing properties equivalent to or better than those of solvent-based removing agents; and a method for removing a coating film. The present invention pertains to: a coating film removing composition that contains water, an alcohol having an aromatic group, an ether having an aromatic group, and at least one cellulose derivative, that has a pH of 5-9, and that satisfies conditions (i)-(viii) regarding viscosity, temperature-related change rate (5°C/25°C) of viscosity, and thixotropic ratio; and the use of the composition.
L'invention concerne : une composition de retrait de film de revêtement de type à application aqueuse qui réduit le risque d'incendie, les problèmes de santé, etc. dans un processus de travail de retrait de film de revêtement, et qui est capable de présenter des propriétés de retrait équivalentes ou supérieures à celles des agents de retrait à base de solvant ; et un procédé de retrait d'un film de revêtement. La présente invention concerne : une composition de retrait de film de revêtement qui contient de l'eau, un alcool comprenant un groupe aromatique, un éther comprenant un groupe aromatique, et au moins un dérivé de cellulose, qui a un pH de 5 à 9, et qui satisfait des conditions (i)- (viii) concernant la viscosité, le taux de changement de viscosité lié à la température (5 °C/25 °C), et le rapport thixotrope ; et l'utilisation de la composition.
