DUAL DUROMETER ADHESIVE DAMPING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A damping system includes a component for a structure. The component has a first panel with an outer perimeter, a first adhesive disposed about the outer perimeter, a second adhesive disposed along the outer perimeter inward of the first adhesive, and a second panel adhered to the first panel via the first and second adhesives. The first adhesive has a first durometer, and the second adhesive has a second durometer. The first and second adhesives dampen impact forces received upon at least one of the first and second panels.
La présente invention concerne un système d'amortissement qui comprend un composant pour une structure. Le composant a un premier panneau qui a un périmètre extérieur, un premier adhésif disposé autour du périmètre extérieur, un second adhésif disposé le long du périmètre extérieur vers l'intérieur du premier adhésif, et un second panneau qui adhère au premier panneau par l'intermédiaire des premier et second adhésifs. Le premier adhésif a une première valeur durométrique, et le second adhésif a une seconde valeur durométrique. Les premier et second adhésifs amortissent les forces d'impact reçues sur le premier et/ou le second panneaux.
