FOUNDATION PIT RETAINING STRUCTURE SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed are a foundation pit retaining structure system and a construction method therefor. The system comprises an underground diaphragm wall; a secant bored concrete pile located at one side of the underground diaphragm wall, wherein the depth of the secant bored concrete pile is greater than the depth of the underground diaphragm wall; and a compacted grouting layer located in a gap between the underground diaphragm wall and the secant bored concrete pile, wherein a second coping beam is arranged on the top of the secant bored concrete pile, two ends of the second coping beam are provided with a first reserved steel bar and a second reserved steel bar respectively, the second coping beam is anchored in the underground diaphragm wall by means of the first reserved steel bar, and the second coping beam is anchored, by means of the second reserved steel bar, to a pile foundation structure plate to be formed in a corresponding layer of the second coping beam. The present invention has the effects of a short construction period, low engineering cost, high reliability and good stability.
Un système de structure de retenue pour puits de fondation et un procédé de construction associé, sont divulgués. Le système comprend une paroi moulée souterraine; un pieu en béton foré sécant situé sur un côté de la paroi moulée souterraine, la profondeur du pieu en béton foré sécant étant supérieure à la profondeur de la paroi moulée souterraine; et une couche de coulis compactée située dans un espace entre la paroi moulée souterraine et le pieu en béton foré sécant, une seconde poutre de couronnement étant disposée sur la partie supérieure du pieu en béton foré sécant, deux extrémités de la seconde poutre de couronnement étant pourvues respectivement d'une première barre d'acier réservée et d'une seconde barre d'acier réservée, la seconde poutre de couronnement étant ancrée dans la paroi moulée souterraine au moyen de la première barre d'acier réservée, et la seconde poutre de couronnement étant ancrée, au moyen de la seconde barre d'acier réservée, à une plaque de structure de fondation de pieu à former dans une couche correspondante de la seconde poutre de couronnement. La présente invention permet d'obtenir un temps de construction court, un faible coût d'ingénierie, une fiabilité élevée et une bonne stabilité.
