Graphene is obtained by shearing and peeling graphite; the water-soluble polymer is dissolved in water such that the surface of a solution matches the graphene, and the water-soluble polymer can simultaneously be used as a stabilizer; by means of being adsorbed on the surface of the graphene, the water-soluble polymer prevents the graphene from aggregating in a three-dimensional space so that the graphene is stably dispersed in water.
