The present invention provides an inner-outer sleeve assembly for a piling apparatus. The inner-outer sleeve assembly comprises an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve sleeved at the outer side of the inner sleeve, wherein there is a gap between the inner wall of the outer sleeve and the outer wall of the inner sleeve. The inner-outer sleeve assembly further comprises an impact bearing device provided at the upper ends of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, connected with the upper end surfaces of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, and used for bearing an impact force from the outside and transmitting the impact force to the upper end surfaces of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve. By means of the design, there is no situation that a connection between a force bearing structure and a tubular tube body is damaged or broken. In addition, the impact bearing device is connected with the upper end surfaces of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, and therefore is not easy to damage and long in service life.
