METHOD FOR PREPARING HIGH-PERFORMANCE SILICON CARBIDE COATING ON SURFACE OF CARBON/CARBON COMPOSITE THERMAL INSULATION MATERIAL
A method for preparing a high-performance silicon carbide coating on the surface of a carbon/carbon composite thermal insulation material, comprising the following steps: preparation of a carbon/carbon composite thermal insulation material blank: according to the size of a required product, customizing a hard carbon felt having a certain initial density, and machining the hard carbon felt to the size accuracy according to the designed product structure and size, so as to obtain a carbon/carbon composite thermal insulation material blank; pretreatment of the carbon/carbon composite thermal insulation material blank: polishing the surface of the carbon/carbon composite thermal insulation material blank, and performing ultrasonic cleaning and drying for use; coating of a coating slurry and formation of a ceramic coating; deposition of carbon; and high-temperature sintering.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un revêtement en carbure de silicium haute performance à la surface d'un matériau d'isolation thermique composite carbone/carbone, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : préparer une ébauche en matériau d'isolation thermique composite carbone/carbone : en fonction de la taille d'un produit recherché, personnaliser un feutre de carbone dur présentant une certaine densité initiale et façonner le feutre de carbone dur avec une bonne précision de taille en fonction de la structure et de la taille du produit conçu, de manière à obtenir une ébauche en matériau d'isolation thermique composite carbone/carbone ; prétraiter l'ébauche en matériau d'isolation thermique composite carbone/carbone : polir la surface de l'ébauche en matériau d'isolation thermique composite carbone/carbone et pratiquer un nettoyage par ultrasons et un séchage en vue de l'utilisation ; revêtir d'une suspension de revêtement et former un revêtement céramique ; déposer du carbone ; et fritter à haute température.
