METHOD FOR EXTRACTING IRON FROM HIGH-IRON RED MUD AND DIRECTLY CEMENTING
A method for extracting iron from high-iron red mud and directly cementing, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing raw material high-iron red mud treated by a calcification-carbonization method; (2) mixing the raw material with a solid carbonaceous reducing agent and a slagging agent to form a mixture, and blowing the mixture to the vortex center of a vortex stirring high-temperature furnace for reduction; (3) separating the formed molten iron with molten slag into layers, and making the molten iron into wear-resistant cast iron; and (4) making the molten slag into cement clinker. According to the method, there is no need to sinter the raw material, and the added value of red mud utilization is increased.
Cette invention concerne un procédé d'extraction de fer à partir de boues rouges à haute teneur en fer et de cémentation directe, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : (1) préparer une matière première à base de boues rouges à haute teneur en fer traitée par un procédé de calcification-carbonisation ; (2) mélanger la matière première avec un agent réducteur carboné solide et un agent scorifiant pour former un mélange, et souffler le mélange vers le centre du tourbillon d'un four à haute température à agitateur tourbillonnaire pour la réduction ; (3) séparer la fonte liquide formée d'un laitier fondu en couches, et transformer la fonte liquide en fonte résistant à l'usure ; et (4) transformer le laitier fondu en scorie de ciment. Selon le procédé, il n'est pas nécessaire de fritter la matière première, et la valeur ajoutée de l'utilisation des boues rouges est accrue.
