VORRICHTUNG UND VERFAHREN ZUM ZUMINDEST TEILWEISE AUTOMATISIERTEN COMPUTERGESTÜTZTEN POSITIONIEREN WENIGSTENS EINER GÜTER-/MATERIALFLUSSEINHEIT
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum zumindest teilweise automatisierbaren computergestützten Positionieren wenigstens einer Güter-/Materialflusseinheit basierend auf einem momentanen computergestützt durchgeführten Soll-Ist-Vergleich von Positionen, wobei eine Visualisierung sowohl der Ist-Position als auch der Soll-Position für einen Bediener erfolgt, insbesondere bezüglich wenigstens eines Schaufelrades eines Schaufelradbaggers oder Reclaimers oder bezüglich eines Staplerarms eines Stackers, wobei das Positionieren der Güter-/Materialflusseinheit in Reaktion auf wenigstens eine individuell induzierte Benutzereingabe mittels wenigstens eines angesteuerten/geregelten und an die Güter-/Materialflusseinheit gekoppelten Aktuators erfolgen kann. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung in diesem Zusammenhang die Verwendung einer grafischen Benutzerschnittstelle (GUI) zum Visualisieren einer Ist-Position relativ zu einer Soll-Position sowie ein dafür eingerichtetes Computerprogrammprodukt.
The invention relates to a device and a method for positioning at least one goods/material flow unit in a computer-supported and at least partly automated manner on the basis of a current target position/actual position comparison being carried out in a computer-supported manner, wherein the actual position and the target position are visualized for an operator, in particular with respect to at least one bucket wheel of a bucket-wheel excavator or reclaimer or with respect to a stacker arm of a stacker, wherein the goods/material flow unit can be positioned in response to at least one individually induced user input by means of at least one controlled/regulated actuator which is coupled to the goods/material flow unit. In this regard, the invention further relates to the use of a graphical user interface (GUI) for visualizing the actual position relative to a target position and to a computer program product designed for same.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour le positionnement informatisé au moins partiellement automatisé d'au moins une unité de flux de matériaux/produits sur la base d'une comparaison momentanée entre la valeur réelle et la valeur de consigne de positions effectuée à l'aide d'outils informatiques, une visualisation de la position réelle comme de la position de consigne étant effectuée pour l'opérateur, en particulier par rapport à au moins une roue-pelle d'une excavatrice à roue-pelle ou d'un engin de reprise ou par rapport à un bras empileur d'un empileur, le positionnement de l'unité de flux de matériaux/produits pouvant être effectué en réaction à au moins une entrée d'utilisateur induite individuellement au moyen d'au moins un actionneur commandé/réglé et couplé à l'unité de flux de matériaux/produits.
