Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleiskörpers (1), aufweisend: - Aufbringen einer aushärtbaren oder verdickbaren Flüssigkeit (9) auf ein aus Schottersteinen (3) gebildetes Gleisbett (2) des Gleiskörpers (1), wobei die Flüssigkeit (9) oberflächlich auf das Gleisbett (2) aufgebracht wird, - Aushärten oder Verdicken der Flüssigkeit (9), wodurch eine oberflächlich in das Gleisbett (2) eindringende Schicht (13) gebildet wird und wobei an der Oberfläche des Gleisbettes (2) befindliche Schottersteine (3) in die Schicht (13) eingebunden werden, sowie durch dieses Verfahren gebildeter Gleiskörper.
The invention relates to a method for producing a track body (1), comprising: applying a liquid (9), which can be cured or thickened, to a track bed (2) of the track body (1), which track bed is formed from ballast stones (3), the liquid (9) being applied to the surface of the track bed (2); curing or thickening the liquid (9), whereby a layer (13) penetrating only the surface of the track bed (2) is formed, ballast stones (3) that are at the surface of the track bed (2) being incorporated into the layer (13). L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un corps de rail (1), comprenant les étapes consistant à : appliquer un liquide (9) durcissable ou épaississable sur le ballaste (2), formé de pierres (3), du corps de rail (1), le liquide (9) étant appliqué en surface sur le ballaste (2) ; durcir ou épaissir le liquide (9), ce qui permet la formation d'une couche (13) qui pénètre en surface dans le ballaste (2), les pierres (3) qui se trouvent à la surface du ballaste (2) se trouvant liées à la couche (13). L'invention concerne par ailleurs un corps de rail formé au moyen de ce procédé.
