A partition-wall device 1 includes: a pair of support posts 20, 20, the lower ends of which are fixed to a floor 2 side; a plurality of partition panels 10, 10 that are provided between the pair of support posts; a columnar coupling member 17 that is provided so as to couple the adjacent partition panels; a floor-side frame 31 that is provided so as to extend between the pair of support posts and that holds lower-end sections 15 of the partition panels; and an upper-side frame 41 that is provided so as to extend between the pair of support posts, end sections of which in the longitudinal direction are respectively fixed to the pair of support posts, and that holds upper-end sections 14 of the partition panels.
