Leiterplatte (100) für elektrische Bauteile (5) und/oder Leiterbahnen (4), umfassend - einen Grundkörper (2), der sich entlang einer Haupterstreckungsebene (HSE) erstreckt, und - einen Einsatz (1), der in den Grundkörper (2) integriert ist, wobei der Einsatz (1) ein Metall-Keramik-Substrat (10) ist und formschlüssig und vorzugsweise stoffschlüssig mit dem Grundkörper (2) in einer senkrecht zur Haupterstreckungsebene (HSE) verlaufenden Richtung zusammenwirkt.
