VERFAHREN ZUM BETREIBEN EINER ANLAGE ZUR HERSTELLUNG UND/ ODER HANDHABUNG VON ZEMENTKLINKER
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Anlage (10, 11) zur Herstellung und/ oder Handhabung von Zement aufweisend die Schritte: - Entnehmen einer Materialprobe (42) von Zementklinker aus einer Anlage (10, 11) zur Herstellung und/ oder Handhabung von Zement, - Dosieren eines Aktivierungsfluids zu der Materialprobe (42), - Ermitteln des Gasdrucks und/ oder der Menge an Wasserstoffgas und/ oder der Menge an elementarem Aluminium in dem Gemisch aus dem Aktivierungsfluid und der Materialprobe (42), und - Steuern/ Regeln der Brennstoffaustrags (36, 38) aus einem Brennstofflager (18, 34) zur Zuführung in eine Feuerungseinrichtung (12, 14) der Anlage (10,11) zur Herstellung von Zement in Abhängigkeit des ermittelten Gasdrucks und/ oder der ermittelten Menge an Wasserstoffgas und/oder elementarem Aluminium oder - Steuern/ Regeln des Zementaustrags (54) aus einem Zementlager (56, 58) zur Zuführung in eine Handhabungseinrichtung (52) der Anlage (10,11) zur Handhabung von Zement in Abhängigkeit des ermittelten Gasdrucks und/ oder der ermittelten Menge an Wasserstoffgas und/oder elementarem Aluminium.
The present invention relates to a method for operating a system (10, 11) for producing and/or handling cement, comprising the steps: - removing a material sample (42) of cement clinker from a system (10, 11) for producing and/or handling cement, - metering an activation fluid to the material sample (42), - measuring the gas pressure and/or the amount of hydrogen gas and/or the amount of elemental aluminum in the mix of activation fluid and the material sample (42), and - controlling/regulating the fuel discharge (36, 38) from a fuel dump (18, 34) to supply a firing device (12, 14) of the system (10, 11) for producing cement according to the measured gas pressure and/or the measured amount of hydrogen gas and/or the amount of elemental aluminum, or - controlling/regulating the cement discharge (54) from a cement store (56, 58) in order to supply the cement to a handling device (52) of the system (10, 11) for handling cement according to the measured gas pressure and/or the measured amount of hydrogen gas and/or the amount of elemental aluminum.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'un système (10, 11) de production et/ou de manipulation de ciment, comprenant les étapes consistant à : - éliminer un échantillon de matériau (42) de clinker de ciment à partir d'un système (10, 11) pour la production et/ou la manipulation de ciment, - doser un fluide d'activation dans l'échantillon de matériau (42), - mesurer la pression de gaz et/ou la quantité d'hydrogène gazeux et/ou la quantité d'aluminium élémentaire dans le mélange de fluide d'activation et de l'échantillon de matériau (42), et - commander/réguler l'évacuation de carburant (36, 38) à partir d'un dépôt de carburant (18, 34) pour alimenter un dispositif de cuisson (12, 14) du système (10, 11) pour produire du ciment en fonction de la pression de gaz mesurée et/ou de la quantité mesurée d'hydrogène gazeux et/ou de la quantité d'aluminium élémentaire, ou - commander/réguler l'évacuation de ciment (54) à partir d'un réservoir de ciment (56, 58) pour acheminer le ciment vers un dispositif de manipulation (52) du système (10, 11) pour manipuler le ciment en fonction de la pression de gaz mesurée et/ou de la quantité mesurée d'hydrogène gazeux et/ou de la quantité d'aluminium élémentaire.
