HINGE ASSEMBLY WITH FRAME AND REFRIGERATION APPLIANCE HAVING SAME
Disclosed are a hinge assembly with a frame and a cover plate, and a refrigeration appliance having the same. The hinge assembly comprises a first hinge member arranged on a box body, a second hinge member arranged on a door body, and a switching component connecting the first hinge member and the second hinge member. The hinge assembly further comprises a cover plate and a frame. The cover plate is located on one side of the switching assembly that is close to the second hinge member, the frame is connected to the cover plate, and the frame extends in a first direction such that the edge of the switching assembly is shielded. The first direction is a direction in which the first hinge member, the switching assembly and the second hinge member are stacked. The cover plate in the present disclosure can shield the side of the switching assembly that is close to the second hinge member, and can prevent external dust or impurities from entering the switching assembly. Moreover, the frame shields the edge of the switching assembly so as to improve the aesthetics of the hinge assembly.
