COMPOSITE STRUCTURE, AND SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING DEVICE INCLUDING COMPOSITE STRUCTURE
Disclosed are: a composite structure which is used as a member for a semiconductor manufacturing device and with which low-particle generation can be enhanced; and a semiconductor manufacturing device comprising the same. This composite structure, which comprises a substrate and a structure having a surface and provided on the substrate and in which the structure contains Y4Al2O9 as a main component and has an indentation hardness of greater than 6.0 GPa, has excellent low-particle generation and is preferably used as a member for a semiconductor manufacturing device.
Sont divulgués : une structure composite qui est utilisée en tant qu'élément pour un dispositif de fabrication de semi-conducteur et avec laquelle la génération de petites particules peut être améliorée ; et un dispositif de fabrication de semi-conducteur la comprenant. Cette structure composite, qui comprend un substrat et une structure ayant une surface et disposée sur le substrat et dans laquelle la structure contient Y4Al2O9 en tant que composant principal et a une dureté d'indentation supérieure à 6,0 GPa, a une excellente génération de petites particules et est de préférence utilisée en tant qu'élément pour un dispositif de fabrication de semi-conducteur.
