Disclosed in the present invention are a hinge assembly having a sliding sheet, and a refrigeration apparatus having the hinge assembly. The hinge assembly comprises a first hinge member connected to a refrigerator body, a second hinge member connected to a door body, and a sliding sheet; the hinge assembly further comprises a locking assembly; when the hinge assembly is in a closed state, the locking assembly locks the sliding sheet and the second hinge member; and when the hinge assembly is in an opening process, the second hinge member and the sliding sheet jointly rotate in-situ relative to the first hinge member, and then the locking assembly locks the first hinge member and the sliding sheet, and unlocks the second hinge member. By means of the present invention, the door body can be prevented from interfering with a surrounding cabinet.
