Provided in the present invention is a drainage and anti-seepage device for an assembled prefabricated sandwich thermal-insulation external wallboard, the drainage and anti-seepage device comprising: a plurality of hoses made of a flexible waterproof material, wherein in the lengthwise direction of the hose, a plurality of drainage holes in communication with the inside and outside of the hose are formed in the hose; the hose is embedded in a joining seam between adjacent sandwich thermal-insulation external wallboards of a building, and is located between adjacent external wallboards; the drainage holes are attached to a side face of the external wallboard; water seepage in the external wallboard flows into the hoses through the drainage holes; and a drainage channel of the sandwich thermal-insulation external wallboard is formed by means of connecting the plurality of hoses. Further provided in the present invention is a waterproofing treatment method for an assembled prefabricated sandwich thermal-insulation external wallboard. The present invention can be configured for an anti-seepage treatment on an external wall of a fabricated high-rise building, thereby effectively preventing indoor decoration rework caused by water seepage in the external wall at a later stage; and the present invention has great market prospects.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de drainage et d'anti-infiltration pour un panneau mural externe d'isolation thermique en sandwich préfabriqué assemblé, le dispositif de drainage et d'anti-infiltration comprenant : une pluralité de tuyaux flexibles constitués d'un matériau souple étanche à l'eau, dans le sens de la longueur du tuyau flexible, une pluralité de trous de drainage en communication avec l'intérieur et l'extérieur du tuyau sont formés dans le tuyau ; le tuyau est intégré dans un joint de jonction entre des panneaux muraux externes d'isolation thermique en sandwich adjacents d'un bâtiment, et est situé entre des panneaux muraux externes adjacents ; les trous de drainage sont fixés à une face latérale du panneau mural externe ; l'infiltration d'eau dans le panneau mural externe s'écoule dans les tuyaux à travers les trous de drainage ; et un canal de drainage du panneau mural externe d'isolation thermique en sandwich est formé au moyen de la connexion de la pluralité de tuyaux flexibles.
