A repair assistance system according to the present disclosure comprises: a detection means that detects a road surface deterioration that is unrepaired from a road surface image obtained by capturing a road surface; a determination means that determines, on the basis of the detection result, the area of road surface deterioration to be temporarily repaired; and a calculation means that calculates, on the basis of the determined area, the amount of material for use in the temporary repair.
