L'invention concerne un connecteur en forme de H pour interconnecter deux panneaux de bois, comprenant une première bande, une seconde bande et un pont, le pont reliant la première bande et la seconde bande, la première bande ayant un premier flanc de verrouillage qui est orienté vers la seconde bande, et la seconde bande ayant un second flanc de verrouillage qui est orienté vers la première bande, le premier flanc de verrouillage et le second flanc de verrouillage étant caractérisés en ce qu'ils divergent le long d'une direction d'insertion du connecteur.
