MINERAL BINDER-BASED FOAMS
A method for continuously producing a processable mineral binder-based foam comprises the steps of: a) Continuously introducing at least following components into a dynamic mixing device: a curable mineral binder-based material, water and an air entraining agent; b) Mixing the components in the dynamic mixing device in contact with a gas phase to produce a processable mineral binder-based foam; and c) Continuously removing the processable mineral binder-based foam from the mixing device; whereby steps a), b) and c) take place simultaneously.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production en continu d'une mousse à base de liant minéral pouvant être traitée qui comprend les étapes consistant à : a) introduire en continu au moins des composants suivants dans un dispositif de mélange dynamique : un matériau à base de liant minéral durcissable, de l'eau et un agent entraîneur d'air ; b) mélanger les composants dans le dispositif de mélange dynamique en contact avec une phase gazeuse pour produire une mousse à base de liant minéral pouvant être traitée ; et c) extraire en continu la mousse à base de liant minéral pouvant être traitée du dispositif de mélange ; les étapes a), b) et c) ayant lieu simultanément.
