Ein Rohrunterbrecher weist ein Rohr mit einem Einlass und einem Auslass auf, wobei zwischen dem Einlass und dem Auslass mindestens eine Belüftungsöffnung einen Innenraum des Rohrs mit einem Aussenraum des Rohrs verbindet. Das Rohr weist einen sich vom Einlass weggerichtet innen verengenden oberen Abschnitt auf, und eine im sich verengenden oberen Abschnitt eingebrachte Strahlführung mit konvexer Aussenfläche, welche Strahlführung von einer Leitfläche des sich verengenden oberen Abschnitts beabstandet und derart gestaltet und angeordnet ist, dass durch das Rohr strömendes Wasser zwischen der Leitfläche des sich verengenden oberen Abschnitts und der konvexen Aussenfläche der Strahlführung geführt wird.
