An apparatus and a method of constructing an apparatus are disclosed including a plurality of wristlets, a plurality of handles, a plurality of lines constructed of flexible material and attached to the plurality of wristlets at a first end and attached to the plurality of handles at a second end, and at least one tightening member movably attached to the plurality of lines wherein displacing at least one of the plurality of handles away from each other and with respect to the at least one tightening member moves the plurality of wristlets closer together.
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de construction d'un appareil qui comprend une pluralité de bracelets, une pluralité de poignées, une pluralité de cordes constituées d'une matière souple, lesquelles sont attachées à la pluralité de bracelets à une première extrémité et attachées à la pluralité de poignées à une seconde extrémité, et au moins un élément de serrage attaché de façon mobile à la pluralité de cordes. Le fait de déplacer au moins l'une des poignées en les éloignant l'une de l'autre et par rapport audit au moins un élément de serrage permet de rapprocher les bracelets l'un de l'autre.
