LIFTING AND REPAIRING FOUNDATIONS
A method for lifting and repairing a foundation is disclosed. The method includes digging a well in at least one lateral surface of the foundation, installing a shear plate below the at least one lateral surface of the foundation inside the opening of the well, further digging the well, compacting a bottom surface of the well, forming a layer of gravel, compacting the layer of the gravel, placing a double column inside the well, pouring a plurality of gravel particles into the well, forming a cemented gravel layer by injecting cement slurry into the well, installing a tensile system on top of the double column, forming at least a vacant space between the foundation and ground by lifting the foundation from the ground using the tensile system, and fixing the foundation by injecting cement slurry into the vacant space.
L'invention concerne un procédé de levage et de réparation d'une fondation. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à creuser un puits dans au moins une surface latérale de la fondation, installer une plaque de cisaillement au-dessous de la ou des surfaces latérales de la fondation à l'intérieur de l'ouverture du puits, creuser encore le puits, compacter une surface inférieure du puits, former une couche de gravier, compacter la couche de gravier, placer une double colonne à l'intérieur du puits, couler une pluralité de particules de gravier dans le puits, former une couche de gravier cimenté par injection de boue de ciment dans le puits, installer un système de traction sur le dessus de la double colonne, former au moins un espace libre entre la fondation et le sol par levage de la fondation à partir du sol à l'aide du système de traction, et fixer la fondation par injection de boue de ciment dans l'espace vide.
