METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A MULTICOMPONENT ITEM, ASSEMBLY STATION AND ASSEMBLY LINE
A method for assembling multicomponent items (4) comprises the following steps: a) providing a first sub-assembly (412) and a second sub-assembly (434); b) picking, by means of a first (1) and a second (2) manipulator arm, the first (412) and second (434) sub-assemblies and bringing them to a mutual assembly position; c) assembling, by means of said first (1) and second (2) manipulator arms, the first (412) and second (434) sub-assemblies to form a joint assembly (402); d) sending a synchronous translation signal to the first (1) and second (2) manipulator arms; e) actuating the synchronous translation of said first (1) and second (2) manipulator arms and bringing the joint assembly (402) to a respective receiving seat (40) obtained in a receiving component (401). An assembly station (9) and an assembly line comprising said station (9).
Un procédé de montage d'articles à plusieurs composants (4) comprend les étapes suivantes : a) la fourniture d'un premier sous-ensemble (412) et d'un second sous-ensemble (434) ; b) le prélèvement, au moyen d'un premier (1) et d'un second (2) bras de manipulateur, des premier (412) et second (434) sous-ensembles et leur acheminement vers une position de montage mutuel ; c) le montage, au moyen desdits premier (1) et second (2) bras de manipulateur, des premier (412) et second (434) sous-ensembles pour former un ensemble relié (402) ; d) la transmission d'un signal de translation synchrone aux premier (1) et second (2) bras de manipulateur ; e) l'initiation de la translation synchrone desdits premier (1) et second (2) bras de manipulateur et l'acheminement de l'ensemble relié (402) vers un siège de réception respectif (40) obtenu dans un composant de réception (401). L'invention concerne en outre un poste de montage (9) et une chaîne de montage comprenant ledit poste (9).
