A trackless load-bearing sliding door, comprising: door leaves; lower slide rollers (9), which are mounted at the bottoms of the door leaves and used for supporting the door leaves and allowing sliding of the door leaves; and a hidden guide mechanism, which is used for guiding the bottoms of the door leaves and is always shielded by the door leaves. The door leaves are guided and linked by means of the hidden guide mechanism, so that a lower track is replaced, and the existing problems such as dust accumulation and hindering during cleaning of lower tracks are solved. The hidden guide mechanism is always hidden at the bottoms of the door leaves in all states of the door leaves, so that the compactness of the overall structure of the sliding door is enhanced, and the appearance of the sliding door is improved.
