METHOD TO MANUFACTURE A BEVEL ON A BUILDING PANEL AND SUCH A BUILDING PANEL
A method to manufacture a bevel at least partly along at least one edge of a building panel (1), such as a floor panel or wall panel, where the building panel (1) comprises a polymer-based material. The method comprises creating an indentation in an edge portion of the at least one edge of the building panel (1), where the indentation is located at a distance from a surface (8) of the building panel (1), in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface (8) of the building panel (1). The method further comprising heating at least an area between the indentation and the surface (8) of the building panel (1) in which the bevel is to be formed and applying pressure to the surface (8) for forming a bevel of the building panel (1).
Procédé de fabrication d'un biseau au moins partiellement le long d'au moins un bord d'un panneau de construction (1), tel qu'un panneau de plancher ou un panneau mural, le panneau de construction (1) comprenant un matériau à base de polymère. Le procédé consiste à créer une indentation dans une partie de bord de l'au moins un bord du panneau de construction (1), l'indentation étant située à une certaine distance d'une surface (8) du panneau de construction (1), dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface (8) du panneau de construction (1). Le procédé consiste en outre à chauffer au moins une zone entre l'indentation et la surface (8) du panneau de construction (1) dans lequel le biseau doit être formé et à appliquer une pression à la surface (8) afin de former un biseau du panneau de construction (1).
