METHODS TO MANUFACTURE A BUILDING PANEL WITH BEVEL
A building panel (1) and a method for manufacturing such a building panel (1) where the building panel (1) may be e.g. a floor panel or wall panel. The method including joining a substrate material and a sublayer material to form a substrate (3) and a sublayer (5) of the building panel (1). The method further includes applying a surface layer (7) on the sublayer (5), applying pressure to form the building panel (1), and forming a bevel along at least one edge (15, 16, 17, 18) of the building panel (1) by means of a pressing device. The sublayer (5) is configured to be at least partly plastically deformable when pressure is applied in order to at least form the bevel of the building panel (1).
L'invention concerne un panneau de construction (1) et un procédé de fabrication d'un tel panneau de construction (1), le panneau de construction (1) pouvant être par exemple un panneau de plancher ou un panneau mural. Le procédé comprend l'assemblage d'un matériau de substrat et d'un matériau de sous-couche pour former un substrat (3) et une sous-couche (5) du panneau de construction (1). Le procédé comprend en outre l'application d'une couche de surface (7) sur la sous-couche (5), l'application d'une pression pour former le panneau de construction (1), et la formation d'un biseau le long d'au moins un bord (15, 16, 17, 18) du panneau de construction (1) au moyen d'un dispositif de pression. La sous-couche (5) est conçue pour être au moins partiellement déformable plastiquement lorsqu'une pression est appliquée afin de former au moins le biseau du panneau de construction (1).
