TRANSFER ROBOT FOR HANDLING BLOCKS
A transfer robot for a robotic block laying machine used in constructing a block structure, wherein the transfer robot is configured to pick an individual block and includes: a column support slidably mounted to a frame for longitudinal travel therealong; a beam slidably mounted at one end to the column support for travel up and down the column support; a carriage slidably mounted to the beam for lateral movement thereacross; and, an arm slidably mounted to the carriage for movement up and down, wherein the arm includes a gripping mechanism at a distal end thereof for picking up a block.
Robot de transfert pour une machine de pose de bloc robotique utilisée dans la construction d'une structure de bloc, le robot de transfert étant configuré pour saisir un bloc individuel et comprenant : un support de colonne monté en coulissement sur un cadre pour un déplacement longitudinal le long de celui-ci ; une barre montée en coulissement au niveau d'une extrémité sur le support de colonne pour un déplacement vers le haut et vers le bas du support de colonne ; un chariot monté en coulissement sur la barre pour un mouvement latéral à travers celle-ci ; et un bras monté en coulissement sur le chariot pour un mouvement vers le haut et vers le bas, le bras comprenant un mécanisme de préhension au niveau d'une extrémité distale de celui-ci pour saisir un bloc.
