The invention relates to the field of building and is intended for use in building operations for the construction of residential and public buildings made of reinforced concrete. The technical result of the claimed solution is that of broadening the existing range of methods for constructing buildings. Claimed is a method for constructing buildings that includes: installing on a pre-prepared foundation a building block in the form of a prefabricated structural corner element; fastening said block by welding embedded elements; attaching building blocks in the form of prefabricated structural wall elements to said building block in the form of a prefabricated structural corner element and to one another according to an architectural plan; joining the blocks in the form of prefabricated structural wall elements along the top using a building block in the form of a prefabricated structural beam element; welding the embedded elements; and mounting floor slabs on the building blocks in the form of prefabricated structural beam elements. The building blocks are comprised of three layers, consisting of an outer and an inner layer of reinforced concrete with an insulator arranged therebetween, and have apertures for the welding of embedded elements on the inner layer of reinforced concrete.

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la construction et peut être utilisée lors de l'exécution de travaux d'édification de bâtiments d'habitation et communautaires en béton armé. Le résultat technique de la présente invention consiste en un élargissement de l'éventail des procédés de construction de bâtiments. L'invention concerne un procédé d'édification de bâtiments qui consiste à installer sur des fondations préalablement préparées, un bloc de construction en forme d'élément angulaire structurel d'assemblage, à fixer le bloc par soudure de pièces rapportées, à effectuer une fixation de blocs de construction en forme d'éléments structurels d'assemblage de paroi au bloc de construction en forme d'élément angulaire structurel d'assemblage et entre eux en fonction de la solution architecturale, lier les blocs de construction en forme d'éléments structurels d'assemblage de paroi sur la surface supérieure avec un bloc de construction en forme d'élément de construction d'assemblage de type poutre, souder les pièces rapportées, effectuer un montage des chevauchements sur les blocs de construction en forme d'éléments de construction d'assemblage de type poutre. Les blocs de construction se composent de trois couches et comprennent des couches externe et interne de béton armé entre lesquelles se trouve une isolation thermique avec des ouvertures pour la soudure des pièces rapportées sur la couche interne de béton armé.

Блоки строительные выполнены из трех слоев и состоят из внешнего и внутреннего слоев железобетона, между которыми расположен утеплитель, с отверстиями для сварки закладных на внутреннем слое железобетона.
