The present invention relates to a resin permeable ceramic with an antibacterial function and a preparation method therefor. The resin permeable ceramic comprises a ceramic green body and an antibacterial resin arranged inside the ceramic green body or on the surface thereof. An antibacterial agent used in the antibacterial resin comprises a metal oxide, polylysine and a composite antibacterial agent filler, wherein the composite antibacterial agent filler is prepared by subjecting a composite antibacterial agent to mesoporous adsorption and silanization treatment, the composite antibacterial agent comprising a coprecipitate of pyridine quaternary ammonium salt and a basic metal hydroxide. The resin permeable ceramic of the present invention has long-term efficient antibacterial properties, and the mechanical properties of the resin permeable ceramic is not influenced by the addition of the antibacterial agent, namely that the resin permeable ceramic of the present invention has good antibacterial properties and mechanical properties.
La présente invention concerne une céramique perméable à la résine ayant une fonction antibactérienne et son procédé de préparation. La céramique perméable à la résine comprend un corps cru en céramique et une résine antibactérienne disposée à l'intérieur du corps cru en céramique ou sur sa surface. Un agent antibactérien utilisé dans la résine antibactérienne comprend un oxyde métallique, de la polylysine et une charge d'agent antibactérien composite, la charge d'agent antibactérien composite étant préparée en soumettant un agent antibactérien composite à un traitement d'adsorption et de silanisation mésoporeux, l'agent antibactérien composite comprenant un coprécipité de sel d'ammonium quaternaire de pyridine et un hydroxyde de métal basique.
